Cast Aluminium Gates, Doors & Handrail Installation – Private Villa, Al Awir First, Dubai
Al Zahia Aluminium Works (S.P.S L.L.C) successfully completed a comprehensive aluminium fabrication and installation project at a private villa in Al Awir First, Dubai. All components were supplied and installed strictly as per the provided designs, ensuring full alignment with the villa’s architectural requirements.
The project included the supply and installation of cast aluminium boundary wall gates, fabricated according to the double-sided design supplied by the client and powder-coated with standard RAL colour. Two gate sizes were executed as part of this scope: 120 × 230 and 600 × 230, both designed to provide durability, visual symmetry, and long-term outdoor performance.
The villa’s main entrance element—the cast aluminium villa door—was also supplied and installed as per the double-sided design, finished in RAL 8017 for an elegant appearance. This door was completed in the size 170 × 397, following the approved measurements.
Additional scope included the cast aluminium door for the driver’s room, fabricated according to the single-sided design provided. This door was powder-coated with standard RAL colour and completed in the size 100 × 220, offering a clean and functional access point for service areas.
Alongside the gate and door installations, the project involved two separate cast aluminium handrail systems.
The first handrail was produced using a 4 mm CNC-cut aluminium sheet, manufactured to the provided design and powder-coated with standard RAL colour, in the size 1400 × 100, installed along the stair structure.
The second handrail, also fabricated as per the supplied design and coated with standard RAL finish, was installed in the size 210 × 100, completing the staircase protection and enhancing the villa’s internal circulation safety.
