Al Zahia Aluminium Works (S.P.S L.L.C) successfully completed a key residential fabrication and installation project for Villa G+1 (510) located in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi — marking one of our first major undertakings in the capital and an important milestone as we extend our operations into the Abu Dhabi region.

The project scope included the supply and installation of cast aluminium villa entrance doors and cast aluminium boundary wall gates, all manufactured strictly as per the client-provided design and specifications. Each component was produced with meticulous attention to detail to ensure quality, uniformity, and adherence to architectural requirements.

The villa entrance door was fabricated using high-grade cast aluminium sections and powder-coated with a special wooden colour finish, designed to replicate the warmth and aesthetic of natural timber while providing superior durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term performance suitable for coastal climates like Yas Island.

The cast aluminium boundary wall gates were also manufactured and installed as per the provided design, powder-coated with standard RAL colour, and finished to achieve both structural strength and aesthetic consistency with the villa’s façade. The coating ensures excellent weather resistance and maintains the visual appeal even under the region’s challenging environmental conditions.
