The work scope included multiple high-quality cast aluminium components, all supplied and installed strictly as per the provided designs to ensure complete alignment with the project requirements.

The project involved the supply and installation of cast aluminium boundary wall gates, manufactured with precision and powder-coated in standard RAL colour for an elegant and durable finish. Additionally, cast aluminium doors for the majlis and salah areas were produced according to the double-sided design, ensuring decorative detail and functional strength on both sides. These doors were also finished using standard RAL powder coating for long-term performance.

Further scope included the aluminium kickplate doors, fabricated according to the approved design and coated with standard RAL colour. These doors provide enhanced durability and resistance for areas requiring frequent access.

All components were supplied and installed strictly as per the provided designs, ensuring full alignment with the villa’s architectural requirements.

The project included the supply and installation of cast aluminium boundary wall gates, fabricated according to the double-sided design supplied by the client and powder-coated with standard RAL colour. Two gate sizes were executed as part of this scope: 120 × 230 and 600 × 230, both designed to provide durability, visual symmetry, and long-term outdoor performance.

The villa’s main entrance element—the cast aluminium villa door—was also supplied and installed as per the double-sided design, finished in RAL 8017 for an elegant appearance. This door was completed in the size 170 × 397, following the approved measurements.

The cast aluminium boundary wall gates were also manufactured and installed as per the provided design, powder-coated with standard RAL colour, and finished to achieve both structural strength and aesthetic consistency with the villa’s façade. The coating ensures excellent weather resistance and maintains the visual appeal even under the region’s challenging environmental conditions.

Al Zahia Aluminium Works (S.P.S L.L.C) successfully carried out the fabrication and installation of specialised mild steel access systems at a project site located in Tilal City, Dubai. All components were manufactured precisely according to the provided designs and finished with high-performance epoxy paint to ensure long-term durability and corrosion resistance.

The project included the supply and installation of an MS spiral ladder, produced exactly as per the approved design. This structure was fabricated to a total height of 11 meters, offering safe and efficient vertical movement within the facility. The ladder was fully powder-coated with epoxy paint, providing a strong protective finish suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments.

Al Zahia Aluminium Works (S.P.S L.L.C) successfully completed a major fabrication and installation project for Al Bahr Al Hayeg Building Contracting LLC at their Warehouse in Hamriyah, Sharjah, under the supervision of Eng. Sohail.

The project included the supply and installation of extruded aluminium boundary wall gates, and fencing systems, all designed to meet the client’s exact specifications.

Each component was crafted using fire-rated, epoxy powder-coated aluminium, ensuring high durability, corrosion resistance, and a premium glossy finish suitable for industrial environments.

The boundary wall gate was designed with extruded aluminium sheets, coated with two layers of fire-rated black paint for safety and style.
A spring roller mechanism was installed to enhance operational efficiency, securely welded to the gate frame for long-term stability.

Al Zahia Aluminium Works (S.P.S L.L.C) successfully executed a complete aluminium and cast aluminium installation project at a private property in Al Rawdha, Ajman. All items were supplied and installed strictly as per the provided designs and approved measurements, ensuring consistency with the client’s functional and aesthetic requirements.

The project included the supply and installation of an aluminium glass door for the kitchen area, manufactured with all required accessories and fitted with 10mm glass. This door was finished in a special wooden colour and completed in the size 100 × 221.5, providing a durable and visually coordinated access point to the kitchen.

In addition, a cast aluminium pivot door was supplied and installed for the Majlis entrance. This door was fabricated exactly as per the provided design and powder-coated with a special wooden colour, executed in the size 125 × 270. The pivot mechanism ensures smooth operation and an enhanced premium appearance suitable for the Majlis space.
