MS Spiral Ladder & Cat Ladder Installation – Tilal City, Dubai | Al Zahia Aluminium Works
Al Zahia Aluminium Works (S.P.S L.L.C) successfully carried out the fabrication and installation of specialised mild steel access systems at a project site located in Tilal City, Dubai. All components were manufactured precisely according to the provided designs and finished with high-performance epoxy paint to ensure long-term durability and corrosion resistance.
The project included the supply and installation of an MS spiral ladder, produced exactly as per the approved design. This structure was fabricated to a total height of 11 meters, offering safe and efficient vertical movement within the facility. The ladder was fully powder-coated with epoxy paint, providing a strong protective finish suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments.
In addition to the spiral ladder, an MS cat ladder with safety cage was also supplied and installed. Fabricated according to the provided technical design, this ladder was completed at a height of 3 meters and finished with epoxy paint for enhanced protection. The integrated cage ensures safe access for maintenance and operational use.
